We made a deal for 1 complet template design in 3 colors with all the files, I sent him the money via paypal, he sends me 3 PSD files and an incomplete HTML file, when I asked him to give me the completed HTML file...he said it will cost you more money...send me more money and I will finish it.

He said I dont care if you post this on GFY I have enough business, I should have charged his ass back...but I did not want any issues with paypal. Still have not gotten this template going......

Then he emailed me last week to see if I needed any work done....like I am going to send you more money for nothing.

I knew there was something fishy with his guy, was going to use him a few weeks back after I was looking for a flash animator, but he had a attitude problem and wanted all the money upfront without having any feedback or a legitimate portfolio.

I sent the funds 2 weeks ago & a easy test gallery for you to finish. It cost me $10 to have galleries made and in less then 24 hours.

At this point all I am asking is for my money back since you were unable to perform. I hope I don't have to make complaints to Paypal about you.
