Yeah... i keep falling for that one. He's not from Europe. He's from a small Florida town.

Anyone would be shocked at the people he's conned in this biz. And he has an old partner on this board... not to mention hosting companies owned by regular posters that have been burned (at least one has a 10k plus judgment against him) and right now... yesterday, he did a deal with a very large company and was presumably paid upfront. they are going to learn in the coming weeks that it was all just bullshit. I've sent him an icq, but its not an easy thing to tell a stranger about.

No one wants to be public about this kind of shit, so I don't expect everyone to come running and crying about getting ripped for seo related biz and i'm not going to list the "700" sites he claims he owns... or the ones that perform really well, which he says he owns but are not his.

The problem is that its the silence of people that allows him to keep doing it. and its not small numbers. 1000s and 1000s of dollars each time. He scammed a large gaming site for 25,000.00 a month for several months, before they realized he would deliver ZERO of what he promised him.

I have so many gems on ICQ... i don't even know where to start.

As i started talking to him, one of his guys that does the actual work, manages sites etc contacts me. The guy is contacting me to warn me about Julius and that he's fucked over everyone he's came in contact with. The guy starts telling me all these stories and it was also starting to jive with things i was starting to suspect.

Long story short, the guy just makes deals with people, tries to get the last few people he knows to work for free while promising a payoff in the end and he fucks everyone over.

So through all my dealings with him, i'm talking to the other guy (the guy who's been working for free for him hoping for that payoff in the end as he's being strung along) while i'm talking to him. And... we are comparing notes about what he's saying. I'm calling Julius a stupid thieving cunt on ICQ and he's telling the other guy at the exact same moment "things are going great, we're moving forward, i'm going to wire you money" etc etc etc just to get him to keep working.

So i'm looking at all this thinking "wow... this is fucked. He took my money and spent it and he's lying to everyone about everything and i still need to get the work done that I paid for"

I agreed with his own guy that i would pay him to do the work, on the condition that he also complete unfinished work. He agreed. I was happy, he was happy and we're still working together.

Because Julius is too deluded and retarded to get that i talk to his guy (although he suspected it for a bit), we keep finding out out that people that have done biz with him in the past, and even gotten severely burned are still giving him a second chance.. and doing it, while we watch him rob people. he keeps sending this guy ICQ's and e-mails about work that needs to be done and the guy responds with "Fuck you, i want the money you owe me" - Then Julius tells other people "yeah, i'm still waiting on {uses his real name} to do XYZ" - But Julius is doing this shit knowing that its not going to happen. Its all a ruse to steal money and pass the buck.

If anyone that knows this guy doubts that he's thoroughly out of his mind, i'll leave you with this snippet of an ICQ conversation after I meet him in Orlando, for the first time, to discuss business.

I have sent this thread to that seo person (offline right now) and left them a Vmail to check this out... it was my understanding that this guy was out of biz and not scamming people anymore.

As well as selling link packs that had little to no value (later selling them for sites he nolonger controls)...

He also had a guy he named as his partner Neal hit me up... (runs a escort network out of FL) *Don't have his ICQ as I blocked and removed him over a year ago because he annoyed the hell out of me.

Both have been asking me to "help them sell link packs" for the better part of 2+ years...
Kinda happy now that I never helped them or did biz with them.

I do know one sales person that did get suckered into selling for him that sold I think 3 link packs.. Famous being one of them.. said sales person as soon as seeing the scam did his best to get the cash back/links up and stopped helping them... (sales person also was never paid)

I will not name the SEO guy or the sales person as both worked with him not knowing it was a scam, and both stopped working with him as soon as they saw it was a scam. So see no point in them getting a black mark on their rep as they also got scammed just like everyone else.

I'm not surprised that a guy can rip a bunch of people off. What's blown me away is learning how much money this guy has stolen. From my estimates based on what i know to be fact and what I'm hearing from people who keep coming forward on ICQ, we are talking 100's of 1000s of dollars... and its all for the same reason someone was able to sell the Eiffel Tower twice for scrap metal... because no one wants to admit its happened.

Its a bizarre thing for sure. I don't blame people for not saying anything publicly, but the problem with no one admitting its happened is that he's out there... talking to well known people, and conning them out of their money. I find about about it after the fact, often.
