So I paid for and got a blog developed and started with some content on BustyLesbians.com (a month's worth of posts). The man behind DansMovies.com developed it, did the starter content and bought a bunch of links and did a great job IMO. Unfortunately, I never have had the time to update it, so it's simply been sitting there with the starter stuff on it for 5 months. Last month, the site had 1471 visitors and 4060 pageviews. Despite NO updates in 5 months, it's been page 2 for busty lesbians...a little bit of updating and it'd likely make its trek up to #1 where it'd stand to get about 6,000/mo of visitors at least, not to mention traffic it would get from other terms. I haven't checked EVERY sponsor but the ones I checked had no sales, so I'm going to assume the site has had no sales. It doesn't matter much anyways because the primary value is in the domain.
BustyLesbians.com is a 1998-registered exact niche gem. Roald recently posted the top 10 pornstars of 2009 and guess what? All 10 were busty! Titties still win the day, and busty lesbians gets an average of 14,800 searches per month. 40% of that traffic would stand to go to you if you hit #1 in Google, and given it hit page 2 and stayed there with relatively little on it and you'd have an easy advantage with the exact matching .com domain, you'd get there handily with updating it again.
My Price: $3,000. I was offering the domain for sale for $2,000. I spent $1,250 for the dev/posts/links. I'm only going to increase the price by $1,000 though, which still wouldn't be a bad price for the domain alone let alone with a site done and ready to get traffic in.
I also still have the domain AmazingTits.com. I normally price it at $1,500, but if you want to buy BustyLesbians.com w/ site and AmazingTits.com, it'll cost you $4,000 ($500 discount).

I have a server that it's on but tbh it would likely do just fine on shared hosting, or you may already have a server or hosting account to put it on such that you're spending nothing more on hosting fees.
