I am about to release a new program for the device in question which is why this pisses me off. the sellers/distributors of knock off products aren't in China and can be and are sued and put out of business all the time. BUT it's like the content piracy problem in porn, there's so much of it it's impossible to go after all of them, for every one that they get shut down there are hundreds who merrily go along their way. I have a friend who was making a fortune on online selling Ed Hardy knock-offs - Ed Hardy found him, had him shut down on ebay, and when he went to his own merchant account and sales site again they got him. He gave up, thankful they didn't sue him.

Promotion takes money and when I ran across Brad's knock-off I raised questions with the company about it. I heard the whole story and I know that litigation is following.
