A couple of quick points that have come up in regards to this deal.

This copy of mechbunny is 100% legit. He and I worked out this idea when I was looking for something to offer my consulting/hosting clients as a value add. A lot of them wanted something like this, but could not afford it. So we kicked around some ideas on how to drive more sales (and hosting) based on their actual needs. So this was the end result.

He will be doing the installations, and providing support on it. Just as he does on all of my tube site offers. In regards to better pricing on scripts, and content that you see on boards. I typically can work those deals because of my relationships with designers, coders, and content producers. It is one of the advantages to pushing volume and having a client base.

Verified PP is fine. You must sign a receipt/purchase agreement that you agreed to purchase site. This protects us. Yes. We are familiar with the PP T.O.S.. No worries.

Once you have paid, I will schedule time with designer. They are typically busy with their own clients, or mine, because of the low cost site deals lately. No matter where you go, or who you us, designers are not going to be just sitting around waiting for work to come in. So it may take a week to get rolling. Which gives you time to type out what you want in the site, example sites, and all that. That also includes any sites for spider. That said, the designer(s) I use are proven. So they are not going to be disappearing, ripping you off, half assing it, whatever.

We typically do them all as exclusive (more expensive), however, we are looking at interest in the non-exclusive as well. Since it would bring down the cost to my clients who can't afford as much.

Not everyone can afford exclusive, custom when starting out and would simply take a template design over a custom when they are first getting started. This could effect price if you go the template, non-exclusive, route. We could also develop some more should there be interest in non-exclusive starter templates.
