For each of the 430 videos you'd create a high quality thumbnail image manually (Thumb.png, with a certain aspect ratio and brightness+contrast added when needed), write the categories it belongs to, write the length of the video and a descriptive short video title.
30 secs to pick the spot for taking the thumb and categorizing in your mind
20 secs to make the Thumb.png
15 secs to write the title and length (when thinking about the title while picking the spot for the thumb)
10 secs to write the categories
15 secs of procrastination/task switching

So you'd get lots of high quality porn movies to watch for free as a bonus :D

Do not expect something like $20+/hour doing this.

I will quality check the work and any low quality work will have to be redone etc. so if you can't be careful and do quality work, this is not a job for you.

I'd have more of the same work for you a little later along with some other easy work. For example involving porn picture galleries. So this part-time job could be long-term.

The hardest part is the download and upload, that takes a bit of time, but for 430 videos I could do that for $400.

The uploading wouldn't take long because the files to upload are so small that you could just zip and email them and instead of full downloading you could stream them like from some porn tube, although streaming a 5000+ kbps file means it has to stop to load the buffer often. Or you could download them while doing something else completely, like sleeping

To all: By the way if you have a slower than 2 mbps internet connection (a 200+ kbytes per second download speed is recommended), it might be too time consuming for you to download/stream the videos and this job is then probably not for you. Not that this job needs to finish fast but it just might not be fun for you to wait long for them to download.

I don't agree with those calculations above, because the quality would be lower if someone try to make proper thumb and description in few seconds

But I don't mind spending more time on it in order to do the job properly.

Do the descriptions all have to be unique? For instance, if you have 40 videos of hardcore teen lesbians can the descriptions for every one of the 40 vids be "hardcore teen lesbians" give or take a word (like "use toys" or "blonde and brunette" etc added in), or does it have to be written entirely differently for marketing purposes?

Trayce: No they don't but basically you should try to write a title creatively from scratch.. if it happens that there's another exact same title.. no big deal but that shouldn't happen too often. So you don't need to check for uniques.
