They had always paid out like clockwork, so I assumed they would honor the stats, and kept my links up til the last day.

Turns out they must have decided to not send out any checks after the last day 5/21..

So in total, it will be 4 pay periods they didnt bother to pay out on.

Sad, but no one is going to get paid. If they are going under, they are going to do whatever they can to save every last dollar possible. At the end of the day they don't give two shits about you because they don't need you anymore.

There will be more. Porn is consolidating. The majors have finally shot themselves in the foot. They can't sustain the volume so they cut and run. Porn is going to get lean and mean again. The big players are eating their young. If you live by affiliate sales, you might want to be re-evaluating your portfolio.

Karma is all I have to say. Those people who made that decision will not only fail here with WEG, but they will fail in life with business practices and a mentality like that.

Fuck them. If any of the principles of the company pop back up with other programs or trying to work with other companies they should be black listed. There is no reason they shouldn't pay out for the money they collected already.

If they're not paying, they're not paying. Little we can do about it now. IMHO, the only thing we can do is use this as a valuable lesson. We all know which programs were set up pretty much EXACTLY like WEGcash in their business habits. WEG was simply one of the first. The rest will fall shortly. So, instead of complaining about them not paying, pull the links to the companies that we're set up the exact same way as WEG so you can avoid that burn in the next couple of months.

In reality the only way to force the issue is file a small claim. (usually less than $100 - $200) That way you will find out if they are broke or not. For what it?s worth Weg was great to work with and they paid me quite a bit of money over the years. So I hate how it ended, but I will always remember them fondly. I would be really surprised if they are simply not paying so I suspect they really are broke or lost their processing. Back in the day those free trial sites produced all kinds of sign-ups as customer?s expectations back then were much lower. I quit actively promoting them a few years ago because their product just didn?t keep up with the times, and they no longer converted for me as surfers expected more. When their spin off program (Adult Alchemy) that used the same business model closed shop a few years ago because it wasn?t profitable at $35 per-signup I suspected it was probably just a matter of time before $25 plus bonus would no longer work.

If there is nothing in their terms that basically gives them permission to NOT pay you at their discretion, all who have not been paid should get together and take them to small claims court. Maybe Judge Judy She will rip them a new one.
