If you have money frozen in epass im pretty sure you may be able to go directly to the St kitts bank in antigua and pick up your money in person.Call the bank there today and they will probably tell you the same thing...i relize this may not be an option for everyone but for those with large sums of cash tied up this may be something you might want to look into

Bank won't be capable of verifying anything. The money isn't in the cardholder's name, hence the bank isn't going to release it to some guy who walks in, and provides a screenshot saying they have a balance of $200,000.
