I don't really see how the rep system really does anything from what I have personally seen. I've been getting positive rep, I look at the reasons I get the positive rep, and not one of them had anything to do with business. I've been getting rep for things I said or comments I made, etc. "Social" things, not "business" things.

Anyway, point being... positive rep says nothing about someone's business acumen. How many "bros" have there been over the years that ended up stiffing another for odd sums of cash, traffic, sales, graphics, programming, you name it?
