I want one for Christmas. How does the 3g fees work? Do you more or less need a cellular account with AT&T? I was just looking at the wifi one, sorry for my ignorance. I suppose I could go look it up myself, but how is it working out for you?

at&t has two plans 250meg for $15/month and 2 gigs for $30/month
its month to month with no contract, if you pay for the lesser you can upgrade whare near to running out (the catch is that they autorenew your card the next month just like paysites do)
i am a heavy user, i paid for the 250meg plan, i will not go over that unless i start streaming a lot of netflix on the road.
but having the flexibility of 3g is definately worth it
