Help Me with Site & Get 12 month FREE Top Banner Spot

I am trying to get my sex story/erotica site off the ground but I need someone with solid coding skills to help me out. If you have skills to make some customizations to my script then I'll give you the top banners spot in the right side for the next 12 months in trade for your work.

Here is what needs to get done:

default directories changed
item label texts changed
site width changed
fix issue with new stories going to flagged by default
alphabetize tags in tags section
enable same ads from home page to show on all pages

I think that is about it. If the ad spot doesn't interest you then just quote me on your price to make these changes and I'll paypal you. I'd like to have this done before the end of the week.
