![]() Hey 'Fuckers',
![]() I've been doing the whole "webmastering" thing for a while, mostly as a hobby. I joined this board in 2004 and only really post when I can't find my answers through searches. But when I was running my first websites, TGP's were the big thing, and MGP, then Tubes... but often people are saying "there is no money in porn", and talk about saturation, etc. (I realize some people say "there is no money in porn" in as many posts as they can, just to say as well, ![]() So my question is this, and it's for the paysite owners: How should affiliates market your sites, if not tubes or tgp's, or mgp's? Their success only means that your paysites profit. Unless I'm mistaken, and you do just fine with the few bigger sites, and the "little guy" isn't really of any priority. I came to this question when I decided to make some new sites again, and recreate my old ones, and then came to a halt, when I asked what I was going to differently this time. Like I said, it's a hobby, and I will continue to make sites of different kinds when I get bored. But I just thought I'd see if I'm just mistaken or if there was any real guidance that owners would like to throw out to affiliates to better their marketing strategy, rather than just making all the Creators of "The best Tube/TGP/Wordpress Script, EVER!" a little richer. ![]()

The whales can demmand big payouts and place unreasonable conditions to sponsors, the little guy can not, they sound like a better deal for sponsors, maybe less sales, but more freedom to do what they want with their business.

haha, ok. Well these are more positive responses than I expected from GFY. Good stuff. I did finally come up with the strategy I'm gonna use. Nothing new really, just a little more 'nichey', and covering all the bases in that niche.
I could still use some marketing strategy. I hate using "skim" scripts if possible. I feel like a car salesman (a dirt bag, in other words) when I use those things. But I'll throw up a link once I get one of the sites up and running.
