Domain Name Disputes Process (Help Needed)

Well, I have just been told that a "Incoming Wire Transfer Notice" was fraudulent sent to me. It was sent to me on Friday Feb, 10th. I thought it was real as it came from Citi Bank.

Did not receive the money, so I called the wire transfer department of Citi Bank and the account number was a fake.

I did transfer the domain to him threw GoDaddy, but they can not do anything about it. I need help figuring out how to file a d1spute with The "National Arbitration Forum"
http://domains.adrforum.com/main.asp...=199&news=2 6

The person that has screwed me over is a member of this board.

I will post info in the future.

It's still stealing. You had a contract of sale so not only have they stolen from you, they misrepresented themselves as Citi Bank. That type of fraud will get law enforcement agencies on your side.

Yeah they should help you. Fraud is fraud. Your lucky it was only a domain name. I have seen people lose thousands. But next time use escrow. If the person doesn't want to use escrow then RUN! it's not worth the hassles as you are now learning.
