I don't know, chances are that you get problems if you become bigger ... However, there is a site with ads (due to resellers) on many porn sites), called http://www.facebookofsex.com/ Also, if you take face book or my space - these are 2 common words that no one can claim for themelves, even if they are in one word. In domain names, many words are written in one, such as citytour or sunnytravel or adiamondisforever , etc. So, maybe, from this point of view, you should be safe, but who knows ... Also, read this:

I don't think webmasters will be sued for this... Its your discovery.. and webmasters know a thing pretty well.. if something risky... what changes are required to cancel those risk factors.. lol !! there are countries where you can host your website... and everything.. which don't support no policy no rules.. Just you need to act smartly.. cheers and when you get your website legally closed you are up with enough cash or profit... so chill out man!!!

I suggest that you don't even think about it.

I once did it for promoting a amazon site and in the next few days I received a legal mail from them. I was lucky enough that they purchased the domain from me at the original cost price provided I do not repeat this mistake again.

You might be lucky to survive legal challenge, but I'd only do it if you're prepared to lose it.

The answer is yes you can be sued and go through a bloody court battle, but wouldn't you rather avoid that? You are infringing on a copyright and defaming the good name / brand of the company. Possibly cyber-squatting as well.
