Help with setting up traffic trades - GoFuckYourself.com

Hi,
I am kinda new when it comes to traffic trades. I no my SEO and just normal link trading, but I want to know more about traffic trades.

My site now have 2500 SEO unique daily traffic, but can I increase this with traffic trades? Or is this amount to little to strart good trades?

For trading, what is used? Thumbs or I read something about popunders are there some kind of scripts for this? I know HTML but no real php..

Hope there is someone who can help me setting up some traffic trades.

u can increase trafffic with traffic trades.,

2500 hits/day is more than enough, i started trafic trading when i was getting 200 hits/day.

install trade script like tp from http://www.scriptpulse.com/
and install it right , read tutorials.,

then find sites using google in ur niche or any niche using traffic trading script.,

add ur sites in them and add theirs in urs., push some traffic to them, and read rules for activating trades specified by site's webmaster.......ull understand then what i am saying ...
