Hello,

I have a site with a lot of landing pages. I always didn't want any link trading done on these pages, because I didn't want to loose any ranking here.

Do you know how much link trading damages your search engine position? And what if you only allow 5linktrades / page...

Anybody any experience with this?

My personal experience and knowledge tells me that having links on landing pages is not a horrible thing if you keep it to a minimum. It's really just like any other page although most landing pages don't have tons of text..If your landing page is mostly images and not much text I wouldn't go above 5 links per page..

Depends on how the site is set up weather its worth it or not.

Mydomain.com/girls/pages/haircolor/ is NOT worth it.

Mydomain.com/page.htm or mydomain.com/name/page.htm is well worth it.

Then ask your self this little question to answer the number of links.

Can you control who and how many people link to those pages on their own?

THINK and it will work.

link trading only helps your ranking, it all depends on how well you manage your link
