Change the pink and yellow text to a different font... also, I mentioned this before, there are numerous spelling mistakes. Also use a better video player, the kind you have is kinda crappy. Flow player or something similar looks much better...
Overall though, good idea for a site (there are other similar ones out there) but should be plenty of room to the niche or so I would guess... good luck with it
