Where to obtain mainstream content

I am a webmaster/programmer. I am looking to create my own adult website.
I am not interested in signing up for one of the "turn-key" sites.
I am looking to build, program, and maintain my own site.
My biggest question is where and how do I find content for my site.
I want to be able to have streaming video that is also downloadable to the client.
I would like to get access to content from more mainstream companies like Vivid, RedLight, Evil Angel, etc...
Can anyone help me with this process?

We've got Vivid, ClubJenna, and MrSkin as part of our leased content feeds, which are well know brands in mainstream. If I purchase content from AdultCentro, besides using it as "Streaming" content, can I also make it available for my customers to download?
I wold want them to be able to download the videos without having to pay an extra fee from their monthly membership.
I have seen this on other sites.
