That and setting up free blogs
 not the best thing but is free to start.Even if you go the white label option make sure you own the domain that way you will not lose any traffic when and if it's time to part ways.

what Itchy said! i would start with a blog, a design and add Wordpress as a backend, work on the content by adding sponsors RSS or custom posts, hit me up after that, i will gladly look at the site and help you out with a white label VOD site to complement your blog. Cheers and good luck!
