I would stick to "clicked" traffic if looking for sales
 Traffic-Out (clicked traffic, can geo target) Juicy Ads (clicked traffic, buy from sites with high percentage of quality countries as traffic source) Plug Rush (buy "plug" traffic here as that=clicked, can geo target) |

What do you mean by "results"? Sales, pageviews, time on site, bookmarkers?
