How would you grow traffic to an adult pinterest website?

Social Media Forums Backlinks and Ads on other sites... Do you think it makes sense to buy traffic just like to tgps (skimmed traffic from lets say Traffic Holder, or other type of traffic) Thank you. |

I have a mobile redirection from Plugrush, pop-under from Traffic Shop and banner ads from Exoclick. I am also adding FHG with affiliate links (Naughty America, Dogfart etc)
