To pay or not to pay site

    Hi all,

I have a free gaming site (see sig) and attract about 10k uniques a day with 30% returning traffic. I noticed since I started developing games in house that visitor's time on site has gone up to 5 mins. They seem to appreciate the unique content. Making a living on adverts and affiliate programs alone is not that easy though. So I am considering making a pay site, but I wonder if traffic would convert at all. Is there a simple way to establish this without plunking down thousands for the set up of a pay site?

    Ideas are highly appreciated.

    Cheers

    You have nice site!

By saying Pay site what do you mean? Selling access to those games? I think it's better to sell additional stuff insight free games. In this case you'll be able to convert users without loosing them, because games will still stay free.
    Attention(!)
Ero Advertising - (!) Sell AD spots from your sites, get PROFIT in euros.
Sell and buy ads Get extra money out of your mobile traffic.

      Hi xp-ViT, thanks!

I was thinking about selling access to the games. You're suggesting that you can only play to level 5 for free and for level 6 and further you have to pay? Interesting idea
