I am trying to desing a header for a TGP (also footer and entire website). I've been looking at some tutorials on YouTube, and it looks like it is not impossible to learn how to make something that looks good, but it is a matter of finding good videos, good soursec of background graphics etc.

Can you recommend some good sources about it on the Net (YouTube channels / videos, free graphic sources, instructions how to get it all together etc)

I think I need a nice (Google Images) -> "background pattern design", some pictures (for example latinas for a latina site), Photoshop (and use of leyers...). Do you know any good sources of logo fonts / graphic ideas?

I am looking at this one as an example: http://hotxxxlatina.net/

I would like to start with something that looks acceptable (so I can get people to trade with the site), it does not have to be as good as the example above.
