Hi peeps

I keep seeing this in the sposors:

'RSS Feeds'

Don't now what this is.
Is it good to add this to my blogs?

Any way some could answer this or direct me to a page that I can read up on what it is and what it does?

From wikipedia:

"RSS feeds benefit publishers by letting them syndicate content automatically. A standardized XML file format allows the information to be published once and viewed by many different programs. They benefit readers who want to subscribe to timely updates from favorite websites or to aggregate feeds from many sites into one place."

Depending on what platform you are using for your blog you may already have an rss feed set up.

If used incorrectly RSS feeds will fill your blog with duplicate content! beware.

You can use email subscription using feedburner rss. The good thing is that you will build up a list of subscribed people who really like your content. So if you got 100s of these, you can do a successful affiliate marketing.
