Yes it is possible. I do it on all of my sites. I actually use a combination of three ad programs: Plugrush, Juicy Ads (this one is set as an alternate url to Plugrush), and Sex Goes Mobile (this one is set as an alternate url to Juicy Ads).
Most of the traffic gets sold at Plugrush, about 10-20% goes through Juicy Ads, and the remaining traffic gets redirected to Sex Goes Mobile. I have not been using the last one for a long time, but it is a rev share, and I already generated some sales.Comment

Ok i got 2 noob question out here:
1) Which juicyad url you use for alternate url in plugrush mobile ad? IS it your juicy ad affiliate link that you use for alternate url in plugrush?
2) how y'all redirect juicyad unsold mobile to sexgoesmobile? i dint find any alternate url method for juicy mobile....or am i missing something?

Plugrush Publishers Area -> Create Adzone -> Mobile Redirect Script
You need to add your website to Plugrush (if it is not already there), and go to Create Adzone -> Mobile Redirect Screen, select it from roll down menu, and add the alternate url there.
With Juicy Ads you need to add your website (if it is not already there), go to Sell Ads, and Get your mobile code here! You are looking for a Redirect url, which looks something like this: http://mobile.juicyads.com/service_redirect.php?p=00000&s=00000&u=http://www.google.com
You replace the url to Goole with a text link from Sex Goes Mobile. In order to get it you go to Promo Tools (menu on the top) -> Paysites (select one of the paysites there) -> Mobile -> Text links -> create a name for your text link and put it at the end of the code from Juicy Ads, which in the end gets added to Plugrush as an alternate url.Comment

Whatever does not get sold at Plugrush gets redirected to Juicy Ads, and whatever does not get sold at Juicy Ads gets redirected to Sex Goes Mobile. It is because of temporary shortages of demand.Comment

I think it gets returned to the original site. If you would use my combination, everything that does not get sold ends up going to Sex Goes Mobile, which is better, unless you redirect it to some other mobile site, but Sex Goes Mobile does good.Comment

It depends, if you have traffic from countries like Germany, Netherlands, Austira, UK, and USA you should be able to generate quite a lot of sales.Comment

I use Badoink and send around 1300 mobiles each day (google traffic, US+GB+DE) but it barely makes some sales.Comment

Juicy Ads and SexGoesMobile
I have had great results using Juicy Ads on all of my Blogs and Sites and have also just started promoting SexGoesMobile this one looks promising for Adult Affiliates I will check out sales on Mobile Sites with more time Support is Top Notch and responsive.

No offence but sex goes mobile didn't work out for me. I sent 1000+ traffic/day for 5 days without converting anyone of them. Also the support is not really that "excellent". I asked about some suggestion to an affiliate manager name Sandra Wullmer and she never answered me back.Comment
