Question about tube site

Hello guys,

i need advice from you about starting tube site.

I was in this business long time ago with tgp sites and galleries and I stopped some 6-7 years ago and I was in microstock and other jobs, but porn is in my heart

now I'm looking what to do and where to start again as things are little bit different then 10 years ago

few days ago I made one tgp site based on wpXtube and wordpress. I just used wpXtube feeds and their sponsors to fill site, but I'm not sure is this right way to start this or is better to invest more and start tube site with real uploads

tube is located here, I didn't start any promotion, SEO or other related things, more or less this is for test only and probably I will use this domain for content production

so, any advice will be taken with great appreciation

Hello Tom.K,

Considering that you used to operate your own TGPs, I suggest that you start from there as you are more familiar with how things work.

Kind Regards,
Angelicion

i was out of the biz for a couple of years myself... so im not an expert anymore either but what i have done is revamp old sites, i still had some domains, into tgps. Its a start, something i already know.

I started a tube as well, about a week ago, give or take. Finding it a tad hard to get more than a couple of hundred visitors a day but i suppose it will take time. I haven't invested much money into the tube, mainly bc i know how to run a tgp well but not a tube (yet).

I reckon do the same as i have done, but like i said, im no expert any more like i used to be. sigh.

Hello Tom.K,

There is definitely still visitors going through photo galleries especially in the babes, centerfolds & pornstars niche or in the softcore niche. I suggest that you mix free hosted galleries (FHG) with your own galleries if you are able to make them as well as submit them.

Kind Regards,
Angelicion

Even if you get a tube rolling traffic wise, server costs will eat your profit. The big tube players donīt make a profit from porn sales. They cash in on upsells like dating, toys and so on.

These days you need to figure out a strategy.

yes, this is true

I'm building tube with non hosted videos and with specific fetish niche, just I'm really in doubt which affiliate programs to start with. to affiliate porn, cams, dating or products so for now I started with exoclick, maybe something like that is better until I grow traffic and connections

thanks for advice

I wouldn't say it will eat up your profits if you know what you are doing. A single PPS sale from a camsite or equivalent will get your server going at least a month, if it is a good sale 2-3 month possible.
