CMS - Paysite Template
http://www.cherokeesfetishes.com/tour/index.php - I keep seeing this same layout on multiple site... is this a template for a paysite? if so, does anyone know where to find it. preferably it will offer some minor changes. I've seen other sites with similar layouts.

If you haven't found anything yet you can use a similar wordpress theme and just add AdultSiteCMS to it to turn it into a paysite.

elevated x is great - but does still take time to manage if you want your site to look good - the images have to be custom cropped and setup still takes time but it's great for long term site management and automated site updates as well!
