Domain name dispute -> National Arbitration Forum
Hi, did anyone of you ever got a domain name dispute against them? I have the website www.xxxmsncam.com which has a trademarked word "MSN" in it. Microsoft now wants it from me
I looked up similar disputes: http://domains.adrforum.com/decision.aspx and it seems like no one ever won from microsoft. Any tips which lead to keeping the domain name? Or am I just fucked? |

I wouldn't waste the time or energy fighting it - first of all, you will most likely lose and second of all, the domain you are transitioning to is much better in my opinion anyway. However, I would change your existing domain to 301 redirect to your new domain as soon as possible so that the search engines can catch up before you lose control of the domain in question.

Settle.
You probably can get some money out of them for it. I wouldn't give it up without compensation or a fight. Even if you just represent yourself.
