Adxpansion, plugrush and juicyads
They both have very different pricing.
Why? Which traffic is of high quality? |

With Juicy Ads you can buy blind traffic or more targeted traffic. Plugrush is blind traffic, and I never used Adxpansion. What will be "High Quality" for one site will be poor for another.

I do not think juicy ads sell blind traffic.

I think that http://ero-advertising.com is the best xxx ad company in terms of pricing (both buying and selling traffic). I recommend checking them out first.
