IP blacklist, how to remove?
Hello guys,
Maybe you can help me with a issue that I have. After I buy two new IPs in OVH to use in two different websites, I used many services to know If the IPs are clean and without any blacklist, because this can cause me future problems in SEO for example. The first IP that I buy was: 94.23.78.68 The second IP that I buy was: 178.32.52.69 The main sites that I used to make the verification was: http://www.blacklistalert.org http://www.unifiedemail.net/Tools/RBLCheck/Default.aspx And in all of them I have problems... The IP 94.23.78.68 is listed: D.D.N.S.B.L (v4bl.org) - http://v4bl.org The IP 178.32.52.69 is listed: D.D.N.S.B.L (v4bl.org) - http://v4bl.org APEWS Level 2 - http://www.apews.org BBQ - http://bbq.uso800.net/code.html And my main IP 46.105.121.215 is listed too: BBQ - http://bbq.uso800.net/code.html Can you help me with these? I need to remove all of them... I really appreciated! I tried myself but without success. Or they aren't a problem in SEO purposes and website health? Thanks! Best regards, |

If you haven't already, you will need to identify each and every blacklist that your IP addresses are on, and then use their de-list forms to try and remove them from their lists. For example, I see you have found your IPs on V4BL...you would need to go to http://c92.v4bl.org/delist/ and enter the IPs to remove them.
I see that you said you had no success in removing your IP addresses from the blacklists...if you have tried the de-list forms and not had any luck, meaning your request has been declined (it can take a while) - then most blacklists have email addresses that you can contact to plea your case. V4BL's are [email protected] and [email protected]. Make sure to mention that you have recently acquired the IP addresses so as to remove yourself from any previous negative activity associated with them. Finally, if OVH (I assume you mean the French web host) provided you with the IP addresses in question you should contact them and let them know that their network appears on the blacklists - they might be inclined to help you out.
