And if they are not blacklisted, you should check what PR they have, what backlinks, and was the structure of that website to see if it meets your needs. Good luck

yes, complete check of site is important, otherwise you work for nothing because site will never rank if it was shitty in the past.

If the expired domain has PR, definitely. It's always worth having a domain with PR.
Make sure to check if it's blacklisted and check link profile to make sure it's varied from lots of different domains. That's a sign that the PR isn't fake and it's likely to keep most of those backlinks which will maintain it's PR. |

Alot of people make good money from harnessing expired domains - at $10 bux a year it's a great investment :D
