it takes up 2 months to re-register the domain ... i think same thing for transferring
this ICANN rules when u do whois on domain what status u see ?

You need to wait 60 days after you registered or renewed the domain to be able to transfer it.
As for other registrar see signature for the best price/features registrar. |
