New Webmaster Needs Help!

Hi,

I'm working on a new porn website, which is unlike anything that exists, in my opinion. I know about the adult industry, but not as much as I would like. As a person that is pretty much new to the industry, are there any tips or words of advice that someone can give me?

Thank you I appreciate it in advance!

No one is going to be able to help you without know the niche/type of site you are putting together.

Get back to us when you have your site up and running.

Think about my site as freeones.com only a million times better. it covers all of the niches, but in a way that isn't overwhelming to the user. I'd say more, but that would require signing a confidentially agreement. I'm not looking for UX advice. I'm just looking for general advice about the adult industry. If no one has it, that's fine.

adult has been giving out more and more free content, its basically give free full length movies to get more viewers

this had made alot of content crappy...u know low budget for content = crappy content from producers

might be better for you to go niche and quality, people are still willing to buy a membership for quality

also try to cross-sell stuff, like dating and dating guides, sex toys.

I can advise you to read and keep reading, test and keep testing until you find something that makes you money. Also know that two things matter: $/click and how much money you can put in your bank.
