A Little Advice for a Not So Newbie?

I am not entirely new to this business, I have been running a teen niche paysite for about 6 yrs and I had a couple of solo-girl sites before that. I also have a new solo site coming out in a week or so.
However, when I started a mere 8-ish yrs ago getting affiliates and traffic seemed so much easier than now. I was out of the loop for a jaunt (still keeping my paysite going) and now that I am back full force I am at a little bit of a loss for the best way to build my affiliate base again. I love, love my affiliates who are amazing and some of them have stuck with me for years.

Now, last month my unq ratio was 1:289.0 and according to my records my top affiliate had a unq ratio of 1:291.6 which I hope to improve. Also, my Alexa ranking is improving as well now that I am working this full time.

Of course I need more quality traffic coming through and I know there are so many more talented promoters out there I?m just not sure the best way to reach them.
One thing I absolutely believe is that networking and building good business relationships with stand up people is invaluable and I have already spoken to some incredible people in the business.

What are some of the best ways to gain visibility and let affiliates know I am out here? As an affiliate what do you like to see from sites that you are promoting?

Thanks
~Jenn

just wanted to let you know, on the 'Our Sites' page on sirencash, the link on the right panel with the anchor text 'Visit the Site' goes to a 404 page (sirencash.com/eyecandyavenue.com instead of eyecandyavenue.com)

beyond that I don't have much to contribute to your question cuz I've never been on your side of the business, wishing ya good with it though

Why so it does. The large text link at the that says EyeCandyAvenue.com works fine but I must have missed that small link at the bottom. Will get that fixed!

I'd contact sites who review affiliate programs etc. or buy advertising on sites for adult webmasters.
