apache and Mod deflate
I've been banging my head for a day already

I have narrow it down to the te3 include , if i remove it it seems to work correctly <!--#include virtual="/te3/in.php?$QUERY_STRING" --> |

i figured it out
seems there is an issues with apache + php-fpm + mod_deflate removed php-fpm for now |
