I want to start producing. Where do I begin?
I have realized that tubes with embedded videos can not grow consistently (Googlebot will end up penalizing them). So I am wondering how difficult is it to produce your own videos. Is the hardest part to find actresses/actors? Do you need some kind of permit? Is there any legal stuff I should know (I live in Spain)?

You really should speak with an attorney in your city. How ever what most people do in their own homes is protected in most countries. But take into account where you live.
