You can get people to like and share your content on Facebook through AddMeFast.com. You can watch YouTube videos on their site, and accumulate points. This is probably better than spending money, I think.

Yes it will be a good idea. To give some for free on FB is the right way to motivate people to do some. We use this still as well. It works!
