Need advice about rankings with current seo agency 600.000 +searches a month keyword

So this is the deal, i found an offer of a seo agency, at 0.99$. Signed up and the website started to rank (increased visibillity of 4%). The add said it would go up to 16% in the first month, but i knew that my website had some issues. After the first month i had to pay 100$, (and with some insight knowledge) i managed to gen 50% of.

After 2 months of link building from them, one main keyword (a 660.000 searches a month keyword) arrived on the #58 then started going like this:

On long tail keywords (21) i am #1. The strange thing is that i am also on #2, #3 and #4

Until now they added 1.074 backlinks and 105 referring domains.From the second month they said that they started building link-wheels. They said that they only do white-hat and that results take some time.

I noticed that the drops are related to when they add new backlinks. I am no seo guru but i understand that the results need some time to settle.
All the competitors are english-worldwide websites, but mine (although it`s .com ) is country-specific targeted and in a different language. (i hoped it will give me some edge) So my target is to only get on first page.Getting a high ctr will probably move things forward.


Another thing is that when i started this website`s concept, i built it on blogger with another domain. Then i migrated to wordpress, with another domain. The blogger blog redirects to this new .com blog. The question is: should i delete the old blog? Should i remove the old domain that is pointing to this new one?
I am currently all-in on this website, as it became a full-time job. My funds are very limited, 50$ till next month. I really don`t know what to do next... I can keep up with this seo firm for another 2 months at max... The tricky thing is that if i don't reach on first page soon with one of the keywords, i will remain with no funds.I know that if i will rach fist page for one week i will probably get back the money i invested. If i remain with no funds and cancel with the Seo agency, all the results will disappear. I really don`t know what to do next... The main project maxed out would reach 2 mil searches a month.

I think that nobody could give you any constructive advice without looking deep into your site and all the details.

Think of a doctor, who would decide to lay you on a surgeon's table without making a deep investigation of your situation...
