Newbie on board and needs your help!

Hello everyone.
im completely new in the adult business, need alot to learn but i know here are the specialists

Ive got three Domainnames for this business:

seximp.com
fapchamber.com
twoporn.com

the site "twoporn" got already a bit content on it, it just was a test.

now my questions to you:

- it is worth as newbie to enter this business?

if no

- are these domains good enough to sell?

if yes

- are these domains ok to start in this business or buy much better domains?

- would you prefer to give this project an webagency and let them do the complete work or start step by step by your own?

- how about to start, communitysite, tubesite, paymentsite or all together? (tell me your experience where to earn the most of $)

Tubesite: use the big free content websites or go specialized and buy the content?

Community: start with an beta or go online with the release?

Paymentsite: contact just a few big sites and start contract by contract or use an affiliate pool with all of them?

I hope that i earn here many constructive feedbacks

Thank you for your time

The adult industry is not the goldmine it once was. There are no "get rick quick" schemes that actually work.

Like any small business, running a profitable adult website (or collection of them) takes a lot of time, a good grasp of marketing, and patience. Don't expect to quit your day job anytime soon.

Just spend a few hours a day researching.
Look at other sites and see what kind of layouts are floating around.
Fapchamber sounds like it would be a great tube site.
If you are in for the long haul, be prepared to spend lots of time in front of your screen reading until your eyes bleed. I walk to the coffee shop everyday debating if I should just pull the plug. Then inspiration hits (with the caffeine)
Networking is a big plus in this industry as well.
Get a twitter and start to gain a following.
A few years ago I was trying to make a bullshit site about penny stocks.
It failed so I went into porn.
This week I'm fucking Carmen Valentina....next month I'm fucking Dava Foxxx, Charlee Chase, and Hope Harper.
Not too bad right? ;)
Just make a business plan and stick with it.
Welcome to the board.
Oh....and GO FUCK YOURSELF! ;)

And don't fall for the buying traffic scammers that are out there. (we all just want your money and to be your referral to other programs)
Do you think buying 10,000 viewers sounds cool? Hell yeah it does.
But most of them are just software programs sending you pings or shitty click through traffic from China.
Look for the organic way of driving traffic to save you some time and money.
Hardlinks, SEO, TGP, Tube uploads/submissions. Hell....even the signatures at the bottom of your forum posts will work wonders depending on what forums you use. (Use as many as possible)
Niche down too.
For example, MILFs is a great niche but fairly saturated. So maybe go for something like MILF squirters or MILFs on crutches. Kind of a stretch, but you get the idea.
Don't be afraid to hit the gay markets either. Those guys usually have their dicks in one hand and a credit card in the other.

If you have time, start by reading books from Amazon.com (not necessarily from there, but it is the best source). Learn:

linux / server administration / hosting
mysql / php
html, css, some javascript
seo / social media marketing (the biggest social sites)

Be able to set up and manage your own hosting, with this knowledge you can run good websites for cheap. If you want to do tube, get Mech Bunny (unlimited domain license, which is a plus), or KVS. Host your own videos, dont do embeds.

After you have the tube, you can embed this videos on Wordpress blogs, Smart Cj websites, things like that. You can create unique titles for video embeds on newer sites. If you dont host your videos, they can be deleted at any time, and work that you put into unique titles would be lost (unique titles are good for seo).

In general, set up a Wordpress blog, everybody starts with that. Pinterest clone websites are good too, Pintastic is the only good script for this, dont use anything else.

Learn Google Analytics too, this is imporant. There is at least 4 good books about it on Amazon.com. This is not easy, after you know and have all this you may not be making too much money anyway. Only a small percentage of people in this business, makes really good $$$, 95 or 98 percent dont.

When you are saying don't do embeds, is this because of slower loading times for tube sites? Or are you just suggesting that we create designated servers to host because it gives us more control?

I hate the thought of having a large overhead just on server costs if the profit of the "money machine" doesn't cover it.
