Some Advice Please - GoFuckYourself.com

So a little history. I started back in 1998 buying domains and hanging around the old Afternic chat. By 2000 I founded DropWizard which was one of the first dropcatchers (along with SnapNames) catching domains for clients. Along the way we caught a whole lot for ourselves.

In those days because there was nobody paying for traffic EXCEPT adult everything we caught we just forwarded to an adult provider like Maxcash or others. So we're not exactly new to adult but never fully entered into the market. Today we still have 3-400 adult names that just go to ppc but I'd really either like to sell them or develop one or two and increase our return out of them.

Among the names I think would be good development projects are

ThreesomeVideo.com & ThreesomeVideos.com

I get stats showing me around 45k direct searches for the two terms every month with adword prices of around $2.20 to $2.80 per click which means someone considers the traffic valuable and the conversions higher than other adult which I've seen as low as $0.01c.

The top 20 threesome keywords total 650,000 searches/mo and overall the category is around 866,000 searches/mo. (top searched 219 keywords)

From my point of view I would think this would be a great tube site? but planning wise I want to see something that generates a minimum of 3-5k per month or more to be worthwhile. The other criteria (of course) is I want a minimum of maintenance time let's say less than 1 hour/day.

So what are your thoughts on this and how far off base am I (be kind). What would you do with these if anything?

BTW the sales thread for these domains and others is here so feel free to have a look at the list. This is just a partial list of the adult domains we own. There may be more profitable development opportunities in there that I have missed.
