What other payment services better then Paypal are around?

By better i mean:

- faster transfer for withdraw to card.
- none or lower periods of time for pending / verifying / temporary blocking payments for new accounts.
- lower fees.

This is an example of deficient encounter with a Paypal service.

One new Paypal account. Some money have been sent to this account. When withdraw to card was pushed, Paypal said that, because the account is new, the transfer will be kept in a pending / verifying period of time to be sure that there are no fraudulent / unprocessed orders (every order was processed and the clients confirmed that by email long before the withdraw) for 3 days and after that, it can take up to 4 hours to physically get the money in your credit card account. 5 days have past since then. Even with the weekend in this period of 5 days, the money should have been transfered already.

At this moment, the amount still isnt received.

How come you can use Paypal for adult content, when it took them 3 months to find out I was selling membership to my website, and froze all my accounts.

This is what I know:
They have a "strict" policy against adult content, however Epoch is allowed to use Paypal for their payments. I made a payment to Epoch with my Paypal account on 07-01-14, for membership to:

Actually I made this payment just to get evidence they do allow some companies to process for adult content. So how does that work? How come some merchants can use Paypal, and others not? I believe Paypal is making an ASS out of ALL of us...
