"Google Safe" eh... For how long ;) If you value your organic traffic I suggest to stay away from any cloaking/redirect methods and focus on having a mobile friendly site instead.

Use responsive widgets like the ones PR has or use pop-unders - best paying right now is PC btw - but never ever redirect the mobile visitor.

It's perfectly safe, it's not a redirect, it's a mobile pop but you get the redirect rates.

This solution from JuicyAds.com, should be a good way to go. For anything mobile, I would recommend BitterStrawberry.com.
