Having trouble getting mp4 files in my members area to play on mobile platforms. They work great on PC. Have them link from the members index.html. Now if I move the mp4 files outside the members area to the front end. They play find on all devices. Makes No sense to me. If I leave them outside the members area anyone can download them with out joining. What am I doing wrong?

Might be blocked. Check the server logs to see if they are being denied. Sometimes mobile devices will use a different app to play the video and it won't have the cookie information and might have a different User-Agent header.Comment
