Membership site: How much content?
Hey guys, I've returned to the forum and have rebranded from MikiHeart to Alexis Dropbear. I started camming last month, and things have been going pretty good. I've hit a snag and real life and it seems I won't be able to fully focus on it. So long story short, I'm going to be setting up a membership site with Model Centro. I'm just wondering how much content I should have on my site before I launch it, and how much content I should upload each month? My good friend and a fan of mine said I should charge $20 to $25 a month. He also thinks I should have at least a couple of videos and pic sets. He said I should do at least 1 video and month, and 2 pic sets a month. But I would like more opinions on what others think. Is this enough in your opinion? What do you think a good balance is? If people are going to be spending so much on me, I want to give them their moneys worth as well as keep them happy and coming back. I plan on offering weekly membership shows, same time every week, as well as offering perks to members like all my social media and messenger usernames (Kik, Snapchat, Skype, Steam, etc.) for the length of their membership.

It really depends on many factors. Take a look at this section: https://gfy.com/forum56/ so you can better estimate the price charge.

Basically, I want to know what you expect if you were to join a site for $20USD a month.

Honestly, unless you have great content that can't be found for free, or your porn famous I don't think many people will pay a monthly fee. You'd do better to sell videos or pic sets.

If it is exclusive and difficult to find on the web than less content is needed. More exclusive -> less content Less exclusive -> more content

 | I would probably expect some ten videos at the very least if I joined a site. I do not care when it was released, I care about what I get for my money. And anything less than ten videos would not cut it in my book.

We launched our TS Site a little over 2 years ago with about 60 scenes, today we are at around 300. We do 10-14 updates a month. Its expensive, just got to figure out what scene types convert. We have 6 Tours , so always looking at the Numbers each scene produces. I also look to see what that scene can do on DVD ... Longing for studios / partners/ investment [email protected]

I'm currently working on a paysite project (not single model based, but specific fetish) and we will be launching with 50 clips and adding 4-8 new clips per month. To be honest, for single model sites you'd better have really top-notch content with no "filler" type clips, and start with a minimum of 20 videos. Paysites are a hard sell these days, and you really need to make something special for it to work.
