How to make docs for affiliate payouts?

We are making some payouts to affiliates, and I wonder what kind of docs do I need to save for the company audit purposes.

How does it usually work? You make some kind of invoice for webmasters? Help please.

You need to save your stats of course. where is listed who generated the sales for you and who is behind it. So you need to make sure your stats matches with the invoices. Normally you have to save this data for several years at least, but depends a bit on your local law.

Cheers!

Do I need to do this for every webmaster separately?

For example, when doing monthly wire payouts to different webmasters, I need to show the bank supporting document for each transaction. How should the doc look like?

Yes, you need to do this seperately. Of course it's more work, but in the end you can benefit from it at as well, because you will get a nice overview of the curves of each partner (affiliate) so you are a bit forced to check out the statistics. Besides that everything will be more clear to you. Structure is one of the most important things, because when you grow and you don't structure you will lose yourself.

It's a bit extra work, but you will benefit from it!
