I'm looking for a cheap hosting providor that supports comus thumb script..

Requirements
hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha hahaha=
PHP4 with MySql.
Zend Optimizer.
Image Magick and GD for PHP preferably 32bit GD2.
Wget for the auto installer

check out Webair, there virtual hosting accounts are allready set up with everything you need to run comus properly (php, gd enabled etc...)

The best hosting comanpy out there in my opinion.
