It's really good. Let you drag and drop feeds from the main browser window (either adding it to your bookmarks or in a quick preview mode), run validation on the feed, import and export OPML files, has feed search built in (haven't played with this much), and a lot of other functions I haven't tried yet.

It supposedly lets you publish a feed to your web site but I can't find that in the extension itself.
