Billing for OS Commerce
I need a credit card processor that can bill cards for me from my content store that is using the OS commerce.. Can anyone help?

Go to the OS commerce website in the billing section. They have a list of card processors there.

Just look into the modules section, they basically have all CC processors supported.
However in the bigger picture, why the hell are you using OsCommerce for a content store? It's poorly coded and has tons of security leaks. There are other options out there that are much better.
