get traffic, lots of it, trading links, submitting galleries, get on surfer forums, it takes a lot of work and magic, or create something new that everyone will send traffic to

Improve your sales text..

Sales text is it, no matter how much traffic you have if you are not convincing your surfers to click you aint going to convert.

automate stuff: get a copy of TGP Rotator, learn some perl... use perl code in your tgp rotator templates....
