How to figure the fair price of a living domain and how to buy and sell it...

Hi, all.

I know many of you here are experts in various topics. So, this thred is specially aimed to the ones who are expets in buying and selling living (existing) domains (not virgin ones). Can any one here provide tips on this matter?

moniker.com, afternic.com and sedo.com all specialize in buying/selling domains.

Among other things, page rank, traffic (both linked and directly typed in the browser), and domain age are factors that determine the value of a domain name.

Sedo.com will value the domain for you, but they do charge for the service
